We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Junior Digital Activation Lead to join our team. In this hybrid, entry-level role, you will learn to connect business analysis, client relationship management, and direct media campaign support .

As a Digital Activation Specialist, you will support a diverse portfolio of clients, understanding their unique business goals while developing your own expert-level product knowledge in Google's Display & Video 360 (DV360) and the broader Google Marketing Platform (GMP). Working closely with senior team members and cross-functional partners, you will play a key role in driving campaign success, platform optimization, and overall client satisfaction.

We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

Responsibilies

  • Consult with advertisers and agency partners to understand their measurement goals and assess how Google measurement products can effectively address their needs.
  • Develop and activate measurement strategies including data foundations, incrementality experiments, marketing mix modeling, full funnel measurement, and attribution to prove the value of Google advertising to our client's business.
  • Define and execute incrementality experiments In Platform and or measuring causality with available Google Open Source methodologies (e.g. causal impact).
  • Drive adoption of high quality marketing mix models (MMMs) with clients in Italy, including improved Google data provision into MMMs and consultation on design and results.
  • Partner with Sales teams to drive adoption of measurement solutions and consult advertiser stakeholders to apply learnings, insights, and recommended actions.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience (such as Computer and Automation Engineering, Civil Engineering many more that are taught at Politecnico Bari).
  • 2 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
  • Experience working with digital organizations.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Italian fluently to engage with clients in the market.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Internship, educational background, or foundational experience in digital marketing or TV, in an advertising agency environment. Experience with the AdTech ecosystem or programmatic buying.
  • Foundational understanding of data analysis, with the ability to monitor key metrics and derive straightforward, actionable insights from spreadsheets or campaign dashboards.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative role and environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple, complex operational tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Desire to learn and master digital marketing technologies, specifically programmatic platforms.

  • Disability Report Omissis version (Verbale di Invalidità Civile): This version confirms the disability percentage and revision date while keeping the specific pathology/diagnosis hidden.
  • Self-declaration (Dichiarazione sostitutiva): A statement confirming your PwD status and enrollment in the PwD (Collocamento Mirato) lists.
